sports day has finally come to an end.. i could say it was a pretty disappointing end.. but it was all expected. and if you realised? i have been living in denial for quite some time. juz wanted to boost some morale and make everyone do their best for their events.. guess on a whole (: well done alpha. i'm proud of each and every one of you participants. =) for taking part it already iz a part you've fulfilled as a alpha warrior.
so yeah.. final results shows that gamma won both girls team and boys team and hence overall champions as well.. well done gamma (: roadrun sports day all to gamma.. but hold it. we will break and destroy that track record of gamma. alpha for titans!!! (: alpha was second for roadrun, second for girls team and second for overall for sports day. SECOND!! we will work harder for that first. we will..!!
well.. today's events were the 100m finals, and all the relays.

big shoutouts to my lovely teammates. this year wasn't as exciting as last year's sports day that's for sure. we took not even one photo together ): sigh. but still..
my 4by1 team comprising of ho junjun, judith sim and lau zihui (: junjun was the one with good start judith was the one who flew on the track and zihui was the one who maintained it so well.. and it turns out that me? i almost lost it to gamma. grace was chasing me real close ): and i tink i really didn't perform well.. i didn't speed my max and i didn't feel the strain of a well ran race ): i couldn't feel as if i could fly ): but nonetheless we clinched gold with their efforts (: yay.
den there's my 4by4 team comprising of ho junjun, sarah tan and judith sim (: geex. well done girls (: and jun! it's not your fault. dun ever think of it. i really should have opened my strides and reminded myself to pump that last 100m with my arms ): argh ): we came in second.. but due to some weird unreasonable disqualification of the gamma team in front. we got the gold. ): and i'm not proud of that gold, really. it feels as though i dun deserve it. sigh. den there was the screw up with the officials for both the races and cheerleading.. sigh.. why cant they juz let us be as we are?? why do they all have to start handpicking at us and finding faults with us..?? doesn't make their life much easier as it iz for us.
oh and did i say?? serene ze arvin and yanliang came back today!! AHA!! (: so cool right?? very long never see them le. it was really a shock to see arvin first xD oh well.. i suddenly miss all the past trainings we had, i suddenly missed last july when we had our track seasons.. that's when we bonded. june holiday trainings...
well.. it juz feels as efforts have gone down the drain. i wish i had done better for this whole event. i wish i had thrown in more people to join certain events. i wish i had made it compulsory for every TAkid to take up at least one event. i wish i wish i wish. i guess i did what i could at that point in time? i juz wish i had put in more effort that's all ):
bagged home medals and trophies but no point in having them when you dun have anyone to share the joy with you. it's sad. very saddening ):
and i'm sunburnt on my face. it's red like a cooked crab. and the surprising thing iz it's only the top half of my face. and more on the right than on the left. now i look lopsided.. waha. and my right ear iz tipped in red too. whatever happened to my left?! sigh.
